Philippe de Nanteuil () or Natolii,〔("Traité de la noblesse: et de toutes ses differentes especes", by Gilles André La Roque (sieur de La Lontière) )〕 was a French noble, knight miles and a troubadour. He inherited the titles and properties of Nanteuil-le-Haudouin and Pomponne from his father, Philippe I de Nanteuil, many lands of Champagne and Brie, Lord of Crépy-en-Valois, of Le Donjon Guénégaud, of Alègre, Landivisiau, Pont-Chartrain and Lévignen. He was the founder of "le marché du vendredi à Nanteuil" in 1230 and the founder and financier of the hospital Saint-Julien de Nanteuil. His brother was Renaud de Nanteuil, the Bishop of Beauvais and a French peer. Philippe de Nanteuil was a close friend of king Theobald I of Navarre, companion of battles and studies of poems he wrote several poems dedicated to him. Also the king Theobald of Navarre dedicated a poem to Philippe de Nanteuil (the 50th of the collection published by Ravalliére).
